All orders will be dispatched via a tracked and insured service. Orders are dispatched on the same day as long as they are made before 11am (Monday-Friday only).

*** We only dispatch orders on weekdays Monday - Friday. If you select Express or Next Day delivery after 14:00 on a Friday this will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders which may be too remote or where the size is restrictive. If in doubt, please contact us before your purchase.
Larger items may be sent on a pallet. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the facility and space to accept a pallet delivery. One of our members of staff will be in touch prior to the delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date and/or time.
